Everything you need to deploy and manage your Clawdbot instance.
1. Getting Started
Forge simplifies the deployment of Clawdbot, an AI assistant platform. Instead of managing servers, SSH keys, and updates yourself, Forge handles the infrastructure lifecycle for you.
Prerequisites
- A Google Account for authentication
- API Keys for your desired AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Bot Tokens for your messaging platforms (Telegram, Discord, etc.)
2. Obtaining Credentials
Telegram Bot Token
1. Open Telegram and search for @BotFather.
2. Send the command /newbot.
3. Follow instructions to name your bot.
4. Copy the HTTP API Token provided.
Discord Bot Token
1. Go to the Discord Developer Portal.
2. Click "New Application" and name it.
3. Go to the "Bot" tab and click "Add Bot".
4. Click "Reset Token" to get your token.
5. Enable "Message Content Intent" under Privileged Gateway Intents.
OpenAI API Key
1. Log in to OpenAI Platform.
2. Go to "API Keys" in the sidebar.
3. Click "Create new secret key".
4. Copy the key immediately (it won't be shown again).
3. Instance Management
Dashboard Controls
Once deployed, you can manage your instance from the Dashboard:
- 🔄 Restart: Reboots the Clawdbot process. useful for applying config changes.
- 🛑 Stop: Pauses the instance. Billing continues for storage.
- ▶️ Start: Resumes a stopped instance.
- 🗑️ Terminate: Permanently deletes the instance and data. Stops billing.
